Copy Markdown as formatted text

When Rich Text mode is selected, you can copy the formatted output and paste it into applications that support rich text, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Gmail. This allows you to move Markdown content into another editor without manually recreating headings, emphasis, lists, and other common formatting.

When pasting Rich Text into Microsoft Word, use the Keep Source Formatting paste option if Word does not preserve the formatting automatically. After pasting, open Word's Paste Options and choose Keep Source Formatting to retain headings, bold and italic text, lists, links, and other supported formatting from the converted Markdown.

If you only need the words themselves, switch to Plain Text mode and copy a clean version without Markdown syntax.

Convert Markdown to PDF or DOCX

You can also download the current output instead of copying it. Select the Plain Text or Rich Text version you want to use, choose Download, and then select either PDF or DOCX.

How to use the Markdown converter
